We hope your daughter will come to one of our upcoming info sessions. We haven't finalized the dates on this, but once the info sessions happen, we will also post more information on our website that will fully explain your questions. But the short answers are: We have a very detailed and fair approach to deposits and refunds because we can't go in the red as a campus ministry because a student cancels, but we have no reason to gain financially from a student who has to cancel as well. The full policy will be posted after the first info session in a pdf format. Fundraising is both individual and collaborative and each student will receive help on best practices. This is our summer mission. We have mission trips every summer, fall and spring. The spring break trip has not been posted because it will fill up fast. Thanks for your interest. Deposit cost? Also, are these cost refundable if something would happen and my daughter not be able to attend. Is the fund raising collaborative ?
